INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of Frozen Mixed Berries
1/2 Banana
1Tablespoons of Hemp Heart
1/2 Lowfat Strawberry Kefir
1/2 cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk ~ unsweetened
DIRECTIONS
Throw al ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
Makes One serving
Close to my recipe but I use unsweet almond milk, chia, flax and sometimes greek yogurt!! Good stuff! Minus the berry recall. Ugh!
